Terms of Service
These launch terms describe the current CRM service model. They should be reviewed before broad public launch.
Service
The product provides a hosted CRM with web, API, CLI, SDK, MCP, webhook, billing, and usage-metering surfaces.
Accounts and Organizations
Users are responsible for keeping account access secure and for managing organization membership, API keys, CRM records, and integrations.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use the service to store unlawful content, attack infrastructure, bypass security controls, overload the service, or misuse generated API keys and sandboxed tasks.
Billing
The launch billing model is a paid monthly CRM workspace with included usage and metered overage behavior. Billing terms shown in the product and Stripe checkout control the actual charge.
Data
Users retain responsibility for the CRM records and customer data they enter. The service processes data to operate the product, enforce access, meter usage, and provide support.
Availability
The service is provided using third-party infrastructure providers. No launch SLA is offered unless separately agreed.
Termination
Users can delete an organization from settings. Deletion removes organization-linked product data and cancels connected subscription state where supported by the application.
